SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect carrier movement.
Shipping Timeframes:
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is under the carrier’s care and control.
Marwadi Tofa is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related interruptions
- Logistical disruptions
- Customs delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
Tracking and Delivery Issues:
If tracking appears stalled or your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 3 days of the last tracking update.
Timely reporting helps us support your claim effectively.

We will provide shipment documentation and reasonable assistance to support carrier investigations where applicable.
Response times may vary during high-volume periods.
Damaged Shipments:
If your package arrives with visible outer packaging damage, responsibility may fall under the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for filing formal claims directly with the shipping provider when transit damage is evident. We will provide documentation and support as needed.
If the product is damaged but the outer packaging is intact, we will conduct an internal review. Each matter is evaluated individually.
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Marwadi Tofa is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delivery delays caused by incomplete information
- Packages refused at delivery
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
