Marwadi Tofa offers exclusive, limited-quantity pieces, many of which feature intricate embroidery, specialty fabrics, and detailed craftsmanship. Each item is selected for its design, finish, and overall quality.

Because these garments require careful handling to preserve their condition, all sales are final. We recommend reviewing all product details, measurements, and images prior to purchase.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If there is an issue with your order, including receiving an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.


Order Discrepancies:
If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will review the request and take responsibility if a fulfillment error is confirmed.

If approved, a resolution will be provided at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.

All claims are subject to review based on the evidence provided.


Shipping and Transit:
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is under the carrier’s care and control.

Marwadi Tofa is not responsible for damage caused during shipping or handling in transit.

If your package arrives with damage:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Provide clear photos of the item and all packaging

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide shipment documentation and reasonable support upon request.

Claims without packaging photos may not be eligible for review.


Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information at checkout
  • Securing the delivery location
  • Retrieving packages promptly after delivery

Marwadi Tofa is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Carrier delays or delivery interruptions
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.


Product Condition:
All items are inspected prior to shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur and are not considered defects.

While we make every effort to present each item as accurately as possible, variations in lighting, photography, and screen display settings may result in slight differences in color tone or appearance.


Price Adjustments:
We do not offer price matching or retroactive adjustments.
